I have a 2011 card; my temporary QQ+2 had a new card because the dealer's one had been nicked; I'm waiting for the newer ones to come along like a 2014 card when I can get one at a reasonable price.

I am convinced that someone somewhere has a keygen for making pirate cards, there's no way a new card can be so heavily discounted surely?

The cards use the secure function of the SD card, and I've looked everywhere to find out how to copy these cards, but I've found nothing. I would be surprised if someone had worked it out and the information not be out there somewhere.

I guess it is possible to make a copy from the card, but you should do the copy bit by bit.
Under linux call DD (http://www.chrysocomedd), but with windows you have to use a special program.
Does anybody could help me to make a copy from the 2013?

It won't work. There is a secure section of SD cards that can't be read even at low-level. CPRM. Apparently, it's never been broken for SD cards.

you can read the card ID, you can't change them, they're burned into the factory. The card ID should be unique. Bosch will then copy the map data to the card and the computer they use will read the card ID and generate a licence key which is then written to the card. So you can put the card into any Connect, but you can't copy the files to another card and expect it to work.

In theory you could get a reverse adaptor which turns an SD card into a USB host, and connect something like an android phone which can emulate a USB mass storage device - like a thumb drive - and it can sgay the card ID. However, the effort to do this isn't trivial.
